How we achieve quality standards

Customers who take Lines & Calls package receive a 25% discount on monthly subscriptions and account management charges. Add 5% if payment not by direct debit. Two months subscription is required in advance to open an account. A security deposit may be required for high usage customers. Minimum contract period 12 months. Patch setup charge 35p.

Rocket provides Automated Infrastructure Support — Clients that have employed automated supply chain solutions to manage assets/inventory/resources can depend on our management staff to work on an integration solution between the front-end live customer service representative support and the back end real-time environment demands.

We can also assist your customers that need live agent support to download information or software from your company. If you do not currently have staff assigned to respond to general e-mail enquiries, consider allowing Rocket to provide e-mail support and response for general company information and customer service.
